Our Team.

Our founder and managing director Mali  Gunter is a multi faceted Law graduate from the University of Bristol. He graduated with Upper Second Class Honours (2:1) in June 2020. 

He is currently studying a PhD in Higher Education at the University of Surrey, focusing his research on Ed-Tech and higher/degree apprenticeships for disadvantaged youth.

His personal story has been marked with several obstacles and challenges, and has first hand experiences of the dangers and complexities which arise from living in urban environments.

Born and raised in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, Mali has multiple years of entrepreneurial experience. He currently is the Managing Director of independent record label, CBE Records, and is a rising UK Rapper, under the alias 'Guapo Marlz'

He has performed at some of the most high profile clubs in the UK, ranging from Lakota, The Prince of Wales, Phonox and the 02 Academy Bristol, amongst many others.

He combines sharp, analytical and well reasoned thinking with die hard creative vision, and potent persistency, which means he is a vital asset in not only spearheading the company’s ambitions but in ensuring Guapo’s company culture and values are shining beacons in a world desperate for hope and innovative inspiration.
